CHARITY RACE NIGHT IN AID OF THE ALZHEIMERS SOCIETY – FRIDAY 11th OCT
Alzheimer’s Society is the only UK charity that campaigns for change, funds research to find a cure and supports people living with dementia today.
Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and there’s currently no cure.
We know it is scary facing up to it, but we must confront the biggest health and social care challenge of our time.
With this in mind we have decided to organise a Race night to raise funds for this worthwhile cause in Rafters Bar @ The Waggon and Horses. There is no doubt about it … We guarantee you will have an evening full of laughs and who knows you might win a bob or too 😉 and all this whilst knowing you are contributing towards the fantastic work this charity does. There will be lots of spot prizes as well on the night
THIS IS A TICKET ONLY EVENT.
TICKETS ARE £7.50 each to include pie and peas. For every ticket sold we will donate £5 towards the charity and all monies raised on the night will go directly towards the charity.
DOORS OPEN AT 7PM WITH THE FIRST RACE @ 8PM
IF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR LOCAL BUSINESS WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR A RACE FOR £10 THEN PLEASE EMAIL ME ON firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 01226 763259.
